As shown, the theme Mr. Fairuz dreamed of for the building was Modern Bali. We brought that concept to life using natural wood materials, floral carvings, and natural stone. We deliberately chose warm-toned lighting to add to the atmosphere of a villa in Bali. This building was completed in 2018.

This client had worked with us on a previous project. This time, his project involved developing a 41-unit housing complex with two unit types in Jakarta. The available unit types consist of a 70 m² type (with two bedrooms) and an 86 m² type (with three bedrooms).
