Spring & Trinity Villa

Spring & Trinity Villa is a residential complex in Tabanan, Bali, where two distinct architectural styles come together through a shared approach to open-plan living. We designed Spring Villa with a warm tropical character, while Trinity Villa explores a Mediterranean aesthetic, allowing each residence to establish its own identity and atmosphere.

Spring Villa incorporates limestone, textured finishes, and timber elements to create a natural tropical expression. In contrast, Trinity Villa uses white textured surfaces, natural stone, and restrained timber detailing to strengthen its Mediterranean character. Despite their different architectural languages, both villas connect living, dining, and kitchen areas directly to the pool, creating a seamless relationship between indoor and outdoor spaces.

The triangular site of Trinity Villa presented a unique challenge during the planning process. We carefully organized the layout to maximize functionality while responding to the irregular geometry of the land.

Privacy was also integrated through secondary screens and traditional Balinese entrance gates, while landscaped open spaces provide greenery throughout the ground level. The circular sunken living at Spring Villa and the Mediterranean façade of Trinity Villa became key design moments that reflect each client vision.
