1. Modern-Style House Design, 560 m² — Pangandaran, West Java

This beachfront house has a building area of 561.3 m², made up of 2 building masses: a 2-story main building and a single-story service building.

Our client wanted a competition-standard pool at this home. They also wanted to maximize the back of the plot, which sits right on the beach, resulting in a room layout oriented toward the back to make the most of the excellent view there.

The Modern Style of this building is expressed through its simple massing, minimizing moldings on the façade, with a finishing material palette that leans heavily on wood, natural stone, and exposed concrete.

2. Three-Story House Design, 178 m², Modern Tropical Style — Mrs. Diah, Jakarta

One of our designs for Mrs. Diah: a 3-story home on an 8 m wide, 128 m² plot.

Mrs. Diah’s project had its own design challenge, since she had many spatial needs to fit — 4 bedrooms plus several supporting facilities — within a relatively limited plot. Still, we maximized the openings in every room to achieve optimal lighting and air circulation.

This 3-story home has a modern tropical concept, using wood, natural stone, and glass extensively to create a tropical feel, paired with linear façade detailing for a modern touch. The interior applies a modern minimalist concept, blending natural colors such as white, cream, brown, and others.

3. One-Story House Design, 290 m², Bali Modern — Mr. Ian, Jakarta

One of our Bali Modern-style designs: Mr. Ian’s home in Jakarta. As a renovation project, the client wanted to bring something new to his home by transforming his old house’s look into Bali Modern.

The result is a resort/villa feel within the home, combining natural stone, wood, and glass, accompanied by a spacious garden that adds to the relaxed atmosphere.

4. Two-Story House Design, 182 m², Bali Modern Style — Mr. Fairuz, East Jakarta

Mr. Fairuz’s home design centers on a Bali Modern concept for its look. The combination of wood, natural stone, and warm lighting gives the house a Bali-villa-like feel. With a 7 m wide plot, the client still wanted a spacious feel with minimal partitioning.

Besides the material combination, we also preserved gardens at the front and back of the house to add to its lush feel. Natural openings in every room remain a key focus of our design, to create healthy, airy-feeling spaces.

5. 3.5-Story House Design, 431.3 m², Modern Tropical Style — Mrs. Ningrum, South Jakarta

One of the designs for our client, Mrs. Ningrum, in South Jakarta: a 3.5-story house with a 431.3 m² building area, planned on a 10 m x 18 m plot.

This 3.5-story house showcases a modern tropical style, combining wood on the window frames and wall ornaments, natural stone, and maximized openings in every room. Garden space is also included on every floor to preserve a lush feel throughout the home.

The client’s desired concept was a spacious home with optimal openings for good lighting and air circulation.

6. Two-Story Villa Design, 231.7 m², Modern Tropical Style — Mr. Sutrisno, Bogor

One of our designs for Mr. Sutrisno: a villa in Gunung Geulis, Bogor, with a 231.7 m² building area. This villa applies a modern tropical concept, with the design making heavy use of natural stone ornamentation and wide openings to maximize light and fresh air.

The sloped site was used by preserving the contours as much as possible through a cut-and-fill system, resulting in split-level spaces within the building.

7. 4-Story Mini Apartment Design, 1,652 m² — South Jakarta

One of our designs for Mrs. Regina in South Jakarta: a 4-story mini apartment with 30 units and a 1,652 m² building area.

This mini apartment showcases a contemporary style with simple decorative lines on its façade, using natural, unfinished building materials such as wood, concrete breeze blocks, and others to create harmony between color, material, and form.

This mini apartment has optimal openings for good lighting and air circulation, resulting in many openings throughout the building.
