1. Two-Story House Design, 350 m² Building Area, Bali Modern Style — Mr. Wayan, Jakarta

This house was designed to bring the feel of Bali to life, per Mr. Wayan’s request. He wanted to feel like he was back in Bali — his birthplace — whenever he walked into his home in Jakarta. The supporting materials for the Modern Bali architectural style are natural stone and wood, applied to the house’s façade.

2. 2.5-Story House Design, 240 m² Building Area, Bali Modern Style — Mr. Agus, Jakarta

One of our unique and interesting projects is Mr. Agus’s home, thanks to its comfortable spatial layout on a limited plot of land. The floors of this house are divided by the zones the occupants need: public and private. Per Mr. Agus’s request, the house has several bedrooms, and what sets it apart from other homes is the mezzanine floor.

3. One-Story Pastor’s House Design, 290 m² — Papua

This house has a spacious plot, but most of the land is used for the garden, and the house itself is single-story. It’s located in Papua, yet the architectural style used is Modern Bali for an elegant look. The house is very comfortable and tailored to the concept requested by the occupants. There’s a central room connected to the back garden, ensuring good air circulation.

4. 2.5-Story House Design, 200 m² Building Area — Mr. Hans, Jakarta

In line with our specialty and Mr. Hans’s wishes, this home is designed in the Modern Bali style. The house has 2.5 floors. There’s a gazebo on the top floor, which is what makes this house especially interesting. Besides the façade supporting the Modern Bali look, the interior does too.

5. 2.5-Story House Design, 375 m² Building Area — Mrs. Santy, Jakarta

Per Mrs. Santy’s wishes, this house is designed in a Modern Tropical style — simple yet elegant. The house has 2 floors with a semi-basement for the carport. With a fairly spacious plot, the layout is arranged according to the desired concept while prioritizing the occupants’ comfort, such as a back garden that can be enjoyed from the family room.

6. Two-Story House Design, 175 m² Building Area — Mr. Dimas, Jakarta

This house sits on a relatively small plot, but thanks to optimal spatial planning, it still feels comfortable. The façade is tailored to Mr. Dimas as the client — simple yet elegant, with a warm feel for a family home. The house has 2 floors to separate the family area from the guest area.

7. 4-Story Boarding House Design, 22 Rooms — Mr. Edy, Jakarta

This time it’s a bit different — this building is a boarding house (kost). What makes it interesting is that, despite the limited land, it manages to fit 22 rooms inside. The architectural style of this building is Modern Tropical. Most boarding-house residents live far from home, so the façade design aims to feel homey so residents can feel comfortable.

8. Two-Story House Design — Mrs. Nicke, Jakarta

The architectural style of this house is minimalist with a rustic modern touch, while still keeping Modern Bali as our signature style. The house is compact but very comfortable for its occupants.
